Curragh Dobbin was first established as 1010 Realty in the early 2000’s and has been re-branded as  Curragh Dobbin. Curragh Dobbin’s primary line of business is acquiring and redeveloping small multi-family properties in the Boston Massachusetts area. As of 2015 the company has designed and developed over 24 projects from start to finish.

Our primary mission is to rebuild and provide good quality homes within the city by maintain the history of the original architecture of the exterior facade fits into the surrounding neighborhoods. We endeavor to be cognizant of the affordability within the city neighborhoods.

William A. Hearn – Owner

William is a native of Waterford Ireland. He immigrated to the U.S. in the early 90’s and settled in the Boston Massachusetts. His educational background is finance and is a qualified chartered certified accountant ( A.C.C.A.). Prior to working in real estate, William worked in financial service for about 10 years. For the last fifteen years he’s been self-employed in the real estate industry developing small condominium projects and managing apartment buildings.  Additionally, William has invested in the hospitality industry with a particular niche in sports bars.
